1998
Opening shop was a reaction to the demand for quality countertops and stonework in the KW and greater Collingwood area

We promoted our work to interior designers and architects in Southern Ontario. City Stone becomes renowned as specialists in Canadian Limestone.

We've done projects for the Canadian Legislative assembly, Eaton's department stores across Canada, and many reputable businesses along the years.
March 2001
Expanding into a known market, we opened a tile shop and retail store in Collingwood for the booming market.
September 2001
Shortly after our storefront in Collingwood, we opened our first fabrication shop to keep up with the demand.
2004
Opening our 2nd showroom in Waterloo helped us cover the growing community and their stone needs.
March 2011
Exactly 10 years in the area, we moved our retail store to Thornbury, where we still are today!
October 2020
Moved our fabrication to a brand new facility in Mount Forest, where we've invested in up and coming technology to further broaden and modernize our manufacturing.
Today
With our main showroom in Thornbury and shop in Mount Forest, we aim to cover a wide range of projects, locations and businesses.
Our employees are WHMIS certified and insured so that little to no risk lays on our clients.
